I started making myself a Sherlock scarf using some fine yarn and small needles. But I got bored. It’s an easy pattern and it’s taking forever. I haven’t given up on that one yet, but bulky yarn is so much more fun to work with.

The bulky scarf is also a very simple pattern, but it knits up must faster:

CO 14 stitches
1×1 ribbing

Needles: Size 12

Yarn: Lion brand Hometown USA; color: San Diego Navy; 2 skeins
It’s a super bulky weight yarn.
